We are currently looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Sports Development team, who will influence, inform and prepare partners to work towards our vision, including local and national partners such as local authorities, leisure trusts and Sport Governing Bodies. With a number of work areas within Sports Development, the successful candidate will be deployed in one of the following: Governing Bodies, Coaching and Volunteering, or School and Community.
You will have an understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion and be able to actively demonstrate this in your role. Ideally, you will have a passion for sport, however, we welcome applications from a variety of candidates who do not have sporting experience but feel their background has transferrable skills for this role. As Partnership Manager, you will create and develop innovative and forward-thinking partnerships with a range of bodies such as SAMH and ENABLE, so we are looking for someone who is able to add real value, with significant relationship management and business management experience at a strategic level.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can communicate with and directly influence a broad spectrum of key partners and stakeholders both internally and externally. You should also have demonstrable skills in leading and managing projects and change management programmes.
Salary: £42,303 per annum Full-time, fixed-term contract from January 2025 – December 2026 Both internal and external secondments will be considered
