DataKirk Talent on Board 2024 Initiative

DataKirk's Talent on Board programme is dedicated to increasing ethnic minority representation on boards across Scotland.

This professional development programme under the AccelerateBLK project, is designed to equip individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds with the skills, knowledge and connections necessary to excel as board members.

This initiative addresses the underrepresentation of ethnic minorities on boards by providing a structured pathway to leadership roles, ensuring organisations benefit from a broad range of ideas, perspectives, and talents.
